Toy brand Baby Born experienced this firsthand. Baby dolls from other brands with lower quality and, consequently, lower prices emerged. If you’ve been making children happy with quality dolls for 25 years, that does sting a bit.
Baby Born wanted to reclaim its position and sought our help. To guide and tempt the shopper, we developed a signpost shelf unit for the A-brand.

We conducted an inventory of shelf systems at retailers such as Bart Smit, Intertoys, Dreamland, and Toys 'R' Us. For each retailer, we developed a custom system of shelf overlays and shelf panels. Stores don't want to lose space; through clever design and sustainable materials, we achieved significant impact in limited space.
Guided and tempted. The shelf unit has an exceptionally strong signpost and ensures clear segmentation and a better overview of the various products. And cross-selling? That's easily done. After all, every doll deserves a beautiful set of clothes or accessories. Production and implementation were done in the Netherlands and Belgium.
